Privacy Settings for Halo 5 Theater

Hi,

I’m trying to watch some films in Theater, but every time I want to load one, I get a Load Error. And I get told that my privacy settings might be wrong and not allowing me to watch content from others. I’ve tried everything, and am sure I can see content from others, because I did set that option in my XBox One Privacy settings.

Anybody any idea what’s going on?

That’s a glitch. It happens sometimes. Best bet is to try theater some other time.
