I have a question regarding Xbox LIVE privacy settings and how they relate to the information made available through 343’s (and Bungie’s) website.

If Profile Sharing and Game History are blocked through the Xbox LIVE online safety and privacy settings menu, it appears that anyone can still view detailed service records through 343’s (and Bungie’s) website.

Is there a setting which prevents sharing this information or are websites not bound by Xbox LIVE privacy restrictions?

As far I know that is correct. Those privacy settings merely affect you on the 360 itself AND xbox.com However, there are holes…lol…Say you have your online status set to BLOCKED. People can still see when you were online Via Xbox.com
