…even after I did watch the stream on Twitch and it says I’ve claimed the reward.
I know this has happened before to others with previous twitch drops, but it never happened to me. I always got the drops in game as soon as I claimed them. But this time it finally happened to me.
It’s not a problem of linking accounts, 'cause I did recieve the charm and the emblem from the previous days. It only happened with the Primal Glory coating. I’ve seen other people using the coating online, so I guess it’s a “some of us” problem.
If there’s an official way to present a ticket or a way to refer this problem to an appropiate channel, I’d appreciate the info.

I have the same problem. Earned the drop but it’s still locked in the Armor Hall 3 days later.
I also have the same issue 4 days later. The plasma charm showed up right away. The armor has not. I claimed both on twitch.
Soooo I admit I’m stupid. When I read that I had claimed “primal armor” I thought that meant actual armor. It’s not. It’s an armor coating! Which I did in fact receive. It’s available in the mark VII armor set.
Seems to be an issue with every Twitch drop they do.
I haven’t been able to solve it yet, but I did follow the instructions stated on the link in the 1st comment, and I am contacting support about it through email. They asked fors screenshots as evidence of me having it claimed, the accounts linked, and the item still locked in the armor hall. I provided those and it has been refered to the appropriate channel.
But it has not been solved yet. Imma check back on it and if anything changes, I’ll reply again.
I’m in the same boat I have not been able to access my primal glory coating. Even though it says it’s been claimed.
Thanks - i was looking for it under the Mark V armor section. Wonder why it wasnt made for all sets. Oh well, its cool. Thx.
