I watched the grand finals on sunday. To only noticed i have unlocked another holy flare charm. It looked like a glitch and
Confirmed the time and date incase i messed up but i didn’t. Did anyone experience the same thing. My account is link and up to date. This post was done on aug 9 and the drop took place on the 7th on sunday to watch grand finals for primal glory drop on sunday. Recieved no primal glory coating.

I do not have access to the primal glory coating. My twitch account says I’ve claimed the coating. I already have the plasma grenade charm. So my account is linked properly.
My twitch indicates notifications for unlocking 3 different things:
- Holy Flare Charm
- Primal Glory Armor
- Planetary Emblem
Halo Waypoint, under the Redeem Code → History section, says two things have been earned:
- Planetary Emblem and Nameplate
- Armor Coating (This is time stamped 08/08/2022 00:00:43, it’s Primal Glory)
In short, I do not have the Holy Flare Charm on my account.
I’m not sure what to do, either.
I’m having the same problem got the emblem and charm no issue and claimed the skin but it’s still locked for no reason
I had the same issue after claiming the drop on 8/7/22 but as of 8/17/22 I noticed my Halo Waypoint redemption history shows “Armor Coating”. Primal Glory is now unlocked for me. Now when i first found that i didnt get the coating I opened a support ticket on 8/8/22. A support agent emailed me on 8/9 asking for screenshots of my waypoint redemption history. I also included screenshots of my twitch drops showing primal glory claimed. They responded back again on 8/11 stating “We’ve shared this information with the developers for more investigation. We’ll still keep you posted on any updates once they are available”. I didnt get a response since then but it has been resolved.

But did you claim the Primal Glory in Twitch? Sorry for the maybe weird question, but I don’t see anything in your post that you claimed the coating.
