Not quite sure what your asking but I’ve not heard of Gold going up in the US, it’s still $60 a year. Most of the time you can find a year for $39.99.
Gold for a year used to be $39.99, but a few years back they raised it to $59.99 a year. That was the only time I can remember they raised it.

yer we do get ripped off and then the government down here blams it all on the exchange rate.

It was bumped up to $49 shortly after the 360 came out iirc. Then again back just before '11.
