If you want to play as Buck you can cycle back to the Season 3 “Recon” rewards and unlock him there. His reward is at Tier 37. If you wanted the “Bug Splattered” Buck then that was in the Exchange a few weeks ago but it will come round again, I’m sure.

You have to get up to the level where tier 37 is by unlocking tiers 1-29 and then finding it on the third level.

Go to Options and Career, press season 7, go back to Season 3 “Recon” then use season points to unlock the first two levels, then get to the third level, find Buck, and unlock. If you run out of season points go back to the options and career menu, go to season unlocks, and get more season points. Look up “How to get season points halo MCC” for more on getting season points.

Basically you have to purchase everything before you can move on. For example in order to move on to items 11-20, you have to unlock items 1-10.
