When playing Warzone, it’s pretty frustrating that the left thumbstick both controls your movement and can be used to change the base you re-spawn at.
So often I press X to spawn at a base and then start moving my left thumbstick right away. This is because I expect to spawn right when I press X, but that’s not what happens. I press X, and then I want to start moving, but it doesn’t spawn me right away and instead selects a different base to spawn at!
Well, you must pressing X just before the re-spawn timer hits 0. Otherwise, I don’t see this happening ever.
Nope, happens a lot.
This happens to me too and it drives me nuts. I see a base that is under attack so I grab a good defensive REQ, only to spawn at home base and it was for nothing. I’m sure we could be a tad more patient, but sometimes you just gotta be somewhere quick.
I wish we could select which base to respawn at when playing firefight. That would help immensely on some rounds, especially when calling in a Scorpion

Right it literally takes 2 minutes to drive from one base to the other in round 5. It should work the same way as in WZ.
God I have done this so many times and it’s really annoying.
