Pretty sure i just got screwed out of a code

well over a year ago i changed changed my xbox sign in email from a yahoo email to a live email and well i was gettin fed up with waiting so i messed around on xbox.com and found out they most likely screwed me out of my code

basically -Yoink- you microsoft. great now i dont even know what to do

edit: i did reactivate the old yahoo email last night despite the fact i shouldnt have had to cause i had a new yahoo email i was using and i have the live email that microsoft should have sent to

I have the EXACT situation where I swapped form yahoo to live and I have not got a code.

I believe the same thing happened to me. I changed mine as well as my contact email about a month ago. When I went to start a support chat on xbox.com and I filed my question it listed my name and my email as my old email (one that I have no access to, I’m assuming it deleted.) I don’t understand how they could not change the email address when I updated it over a month ago.

An xbox rep changed my contact email address for me 3 months ago. Turns out he forgot a letter in my email address.

Now I’m crewed out of a code.

What the heck.

Honestly do not understand why 343 couldn’t use their data as to who should receive an email and just unlock the specializations for them, no code necessary.

yea i agree with you guys and im getting really pissed off now. tired of being a level 70 just like everyone else just cause microsoft is so incompetent they cant even send to the active email that signs the gt into live. like wtf? is there anything that can eve be done if this truly is the f***ing case?
