Are there going to be preset loudouts? If so are they going to be the ones from the RTX and E3 demo?
Preset loadouts will be tailored for the map, so bigger maps will have long-range weapons, with tighter maps having close-quarters weapons.
It is unknown if the preset loadouts that were used in the Halo 4 demo version are finalized yet, but there will be 2 preset loadouts per map.
Yes there will be preset loadouts. We don’t know if they will keep the ones from E3 though. they may tweak them some.
I got the LE so i can unlock 6 weapons early, but if i missunderstood then i hope the DMR is on every map

You do not get 6 weapons, you get 6 specializations that you can use one at a time.
You will most likely be able to use a BR/DMR/Carbine right away at launch.
