Also discuss what you have been doing to prepare for halo 4. I personally went back to halo 2 and 3 to get used to the BR again.
Only way I need to prepare is by playing through the original trilogy. No Wars, ODST, and definitely no Reach (Liked the original novel much better) Halo CE that I have from games on demand, yes the original CE not Anniversary. Loved Anniversary but it needs to be a proper preparation, no skulls until Halo 2. Then my copy of Halo 2. Followed by Halo 3 Legendary with a friend so we get the cliffhanger legendary ending to lead up to Halo 4. Probably won’t even get into Matchmaking until I’ve had it for 2 weeks. Gonna play campaign at least 4 times in a row. Solo legendary run comes first. Then legendary co-op with friends then probably two heroic playthroughs to really slow down and appreciate the game. Then a week of spartan ops alone and with friends. Then I’ll finally get to MM and get owned for two days while I’m memorising map layouts.

Ima play wars through again. Then Reach then CE. Then Ima play Halo 2 all the way up till when the prophets slip space bombs New Mombasa then i’ll play ODST then Ill finish 2, Then Ill play 3 all timed perfectly so that when I finish Halo 3. My bro will come home with halo 4 and I’ll be able to put it in and resume minutes after Halo 3’s ending. And all on legendary and LASO in one sitting while drinking my 5 year old mountain dew game fuel and doritos.
J.K. I’m just going to play some reach MP and read up on Halo 4’s maps and such, then go to the midnight release.
