You should have gotten two when you redeemed the code initially, so that’s weird.
They reset automatically and should be where you check your unopened packs. If they’re missing, I’d recommend contacting support to see if they’re experiencing issues or if something went wrong.
This week’s packs came out Sunday night

I still haven’t gotten on since the new packs dropped. I’ll be angry if I only get 1 WZ req pack this week. I already had to email BestBuy for my PO exclusive and wait 24 hours for that.

So you purchased CE of halo 5 the $100. or $90. Digital Edition ? or separately?
I bought the req bundle and preordered. I do not think J got the promo req pack or pre order armour. I know I havent received any of my premium packs. I talked to ms support for about an hour and they told me to contact 343. Thats worthless cause they have no way to contact them. Microsoft offered a full refund but I want the game and extras I bought not my money back.

the $90 (£80 because i live in england), so you get a halo 5 disc, metal earrth gaurdian model, random cards with blue team and team osiris stats, a metal case, and some other stuff including a code for a warzone req pack

http://www.game.co.uk/en/halo-5-guardians-limited-edition-only-at-game-586101 it says it comes with 14 premium packs, but i havnt got any, unless we get given them at the very end of today (tuesday) because my brother got a warone req bundle in game (not the shop Game i mean in halo5) and he got his 2 premium packs from this week on monday as part of the 14 premium packs thing

But then I clicked the Warzone packs in the purchase menu and it said that it would take me to the store, I clicked a couple more times as it said things like thank you for buying this and here’s your packs. This almost scared me more thinking I bought a 25$ set again, but alas this was just the process to get this weeks packs.

Did you do that on waypoint or on the game because for me in game the option to purchase war zone packs has disappeared !?
