As mentioned in a thread in the main Halo: TMCC forum, I do not have the preorder exclusive skulls unlocked as they are supposed to have been last month. Other people have said there’s are unlocked properly, so I’m reporting this as a bug.
Currently I am missing:
Bandana
Grunt Funeral
Bonded Pair
Pinata
Feather (We don’t get that until March though iirc)
I have Boom unlocked already from my digital preorder.
Appears that a complete reinstall fixed it. Went from a 59.1 Gig file to a 61.4… I don’t imagine 4 skulls took up 2 gigs of data so I’m curious what else I was missing and unaware of.Perhaps it was because I had TMCC on an external HDD.
Sounds like you were missing on or more content updates that were released, the fresh install would pull down the game with cumulative updates. External HDD shouldn’t have caused any issues, but something that could be noted if others have similar problems. Nice to see you got it sorted though

The Feather Skull can be unlocked eairly if you buy the 12 month Xbox Live Gold Membership like I did butit failed to work and I even started a post on the Feather Skull.
343 still has to fix it.
So wait, do I seriously have to re-install the entire game if the “pre-order” skulls aren’t showing up? That’s LAME!
Edit: Nevermind. Apparently something clicked after I exited and re-entered the game and they unlocked.
