Preorder Req Bundle not opening

First time posting in this site, hi!

Everytime i try and open my REQ bundle it just takes me to a dark screen and says:
You already own Halo 5: Guardians-Warzone REQ Bundle

And then it goes back to the game screen after i hit close and says Purchased taking me to open packs now, but nothing happens.

I preordered the digital deluxe edition and expect what i paid for. 343…dont ruin this for me please.

I just would like to know how to get my 14 primo packs.

Can you delete it and reinstall it?

My REQ bundle was stuck at 99% installing for days. Even last night at 12:30am (or is that this morning?) it was at 99% but let me open it. Odd.

So does anyone have a solve for this issue? Im at work so i havent checked to see if its resolved but if its not, it would be nice to have an answer ready. Sorry for the really long run on sentences, but im at work and speed texting haha.

But seriously though any helping hand would be nice.

I really hope i didnt pay for the digital deluxe for nothing so hipefully theres a way around this

Try quitting the game and reopening
