So about two months ago I preordered Halo: The Master Chief Collection from Gamestop. Since the game is being released in two days I assumed my order should have shipped by now, but it hasn’t. I was just curious to see if anyone has had any issues with getting games from Gamestop after the release date despite preordering. I selected 5-10 days for shipping, but still assumed it would come on the day of release. Was I wrong to do such?
If you selected 5-10 days for shipping then you won’t get it on release day. 5-10 day shipping usually means that they’re asking you to “Please allow 5-10 days for shipping…” so that could mean you may not even get until a week after release. If I were you I’d just cancel it and go pick up a copy yourself.

Same prob bro. I’ve been thinking the same thing and I got mine at gamestop too but I think as long as u didn’t get an email say it wouldn’t be shiped, which I have 1 time on a game then ur fine but sometimes games won’t get delivered till a few days after the realse. For example my Xbox one didn’t arrive till 8 days after the realses
I agree with the post to cancel and go pick it up. I pre-ordered from the MS store and got complementary day one delivery. They shipped it on Saturday to get it to me by Tuesday and I’ve used GS shipping before. Complementary almost always takes 1-2 weeks to get to you. There’s a reason it’s free.
