Will 343 release a download for the preorder helms etc? Free or purchase? Deadeye CIO etc
In before silly, “I paid for it, it should be exclusive.” Nonsense.
Unfortunately, probably not. But I hope they will, preferably for free. Because I bought this game. That is on disc. It’s crap when they charge me for what I own. I didn’t permanently rent the rights to play the game and it’s content.
Or at least the items you can’t unlock through game play, like deadeye helm

This topic has been brought up hundreds of times, nearly every day of the week this is asked. I hope I don’t sound rude but by doing a simple forum search of even using Google to check before posting would turn up dozens of results.
It has been said they they’re “working” on a way to release the preorder items as DLC sometime down the road but it won’t happen for some time, if at all. If and when it does, FOTUS and Recruit PRIME will remain exclusive.
I think they should release the Preorder bonus armor/skins/helmets, the way they did the whole “Lets give a bunch of retailers their own armor/skin and helmet preorder bonus”, and not have the same options everywhere throughout the world.
Now, I’m not saying Release Fotus and Recruit Prime, because everyone around the world had a chance to preorder the halo 4 Xbox and Limited Edition, and it’s the same bonus for everyone who got the Limited Edition and Halo 4 Xbox.
And I’ve heard the “Oh why not go on Ebay and buy one” comeback, and my reply is this, I’m not going to risk my money for the slight chance of finding a scam just for a preorder bonus, nor am I going to spend an ungodly amount for it.
Exclusive preorder bonuses should stay exclusive. Otherwise it would be false advertising to call it exclusive content and there would be no point in preordering. I could’ve just waited until after the fact, maybe even purchased a copy once it became discounted. But because they gave me the incentive of bonus content I preordered from Bestbuy.
Yea but what if you don’t have stores in your area? Games been out for while why not release the stores preorder stuff?
You know there are some members who give away armor all the time. Maybe leave the 4 section every once in a while and you may just find yourself, a pulse, CIO, an emblem, or even a deadeye.

They only said that each pre-order bonus was exclusive to their respective retailers (only Amazon could have the Web skin etc), not that they would be exclusive to people who pre-ordered the game.
No i sure hope they don’t because i now have all of them and i spent about $100 in getting them from ebay, all of you shoudn’t get them for ms points
343 probably will not release pre-order content. The people who preo-ordered (including myself) got exclusive content. Why give people who pre-ordered armor and stuff you will just unlock soon in the game.
