Preorder From Microsoft Question?

If you preorder From Microsoft the website does anyone know if you need a bank account?
Like for instance if I bought a prepaid card that was not linked to my bank account with some things you buy is a requirement, would I need to on preordering Halo 4?

Also Side note, Doing this gives you the Locust Helmet right?

you need a bank account
Go to Walmart buy a pre-paid Visa, put $60 or $100 on it and use that, also there may be fees when using the card. So please check the card you are using.
