I put in the code for Gamestop preorder bonus, and it is downloaded when I look at the “manage game” screen, but the armor is no where to be found in game. Does it give me a req pack that it unlocks in? I put the code in when the REQ system was down, so hopefully that didn’t screw me over.
Yes it gives you a REQ pack that you open and it comes with a bunch of stuff once you open it.
yeah there was no armor in anything I opened. According to gamestop, I should have receiver hunter armor and a red visor
Its in a req pack in the game you have to open.
never mind. It all just showed up. Must have been delayed since I put the code in when the req system was down

similar issue still occurring with me:
Pre-redeemed though xbox several rec pack from promotional partners and xobox reported they are assigned to my account. these pre-orders were done in a span of two weeks before launch.Purchase physical limited collector’s edition and requested a physical disk (went though xbox) but other that a few preorder codes and warzone ( which came on after 2 hours) the rest of my pre-orders are not showing up. xbox rep made me to reset my profile ( of course to no avail)
Tried again this morning but still not there. anyone with any real clue on what is going on?
I have a similar problem both preorder req packs are not showing up. There is a blank space showing when I manage the game. When I put the cursor over the blank space then a box highlight opens saying preorder req pack. They are not however showing in the game and they do not have a way to reinstall.
