I know this might seem like a minor thing, but I remember 343 saying at some point before Halo 4 came out that they would eventually have all the preorder DLC available for purchase on XBL. Does anyone know the progress on this or if it’s even happening at this point? I’d love that Light Rifle skin. Haha. Any info would be great. Thanks.
I remember them saying it also but there hasn’t been any word on that since release I think.
Light Rifle was not pre-order DLC, it came with the Limited Edition Console:

I think bs angel said they wouldn’t rule out the pre-order DLC coming to the Marketplace some time in the distant future, but that is about all that’s been said about it by 343.

When will get weapon skin DLC?
I was really wanted this as well because the only armor I want is the Locus.
