Preorder DLC armor available on same xbox?

Why did they do this?

So I downloaded my account on my friend’s xbox to play temporarily and now my friend just picked up all my armor DLC because of the recent update.

This seems kind of unfair, none of it feels exclusive anymore. Any chance 343 can restore the original status of DLC’s?

Really? There was people complaining that they couldn’t share armor on the same Xbox.
