I bought the preorder halo5 console and literally none of the war zone REQ or promotional REQ packs will work in the game. I can see it on the console, I own it and it’s installed, but it’s not translating to the game. Any help?!? I’ve been on the phone with XBOX several times and they are worthless, finally told me to contact 343. And 343 doesn’t have a phone number… So there’s that
