So I preordered Halo 5 in June of 2014 digitally from Game Stop, and I was expecting to get my Hunter armor and Sentinel BR with the game, but when I finally started up the game, they weren’t in my collection nor were they in any of the REQ packs. A little help?

My understanding is that you should have gotten a code on your receipt from Gamestop. Since it was a digital version, I assume you got the code in the email you provided them.
