I got the halo 5 limited edition and for a couple weeks every Monday I got 2 premium Req Packs, I hadn’t been on in a couple of days but this week I didn’t get any and never got the classic helmet pack I paid for, can anyone help?
The premium REQ packs you mentioned I guess would be the Warzone premium packs - you only get 14 of these so after 7 weeks of packs you wouldn’t get any more. Sounds like you have received all of your packs now.
Regarding the Classic helmet pack - I would check and make sure that you were actually charged for it, in case it didn’t go through. If it did, I would hard reset your console and check your inventory. It’s possible the pack skipped its opening animation, in these circumstances the items automatically get place in your REQ inventory.
Oh, thanks for the information on the premium Req Packs, it probably has been that long and I lost track of time
But for the classic helmet pack I don’t think it charged me and it’s not showing up in the Req menu anymore
