Gears of War Redux was slow, too, but this is SLOW - like ‘something is wrong’ slow
Tried the other day, got to 37% then it stopped.At 1% for an hour. No issues on my pc or ps4…

Probably because so many other people are slamming the servers perhaps?
I know Xbox live is having a problem with purchase & content usage at the moment, so it might be that which is making it take forever to download.
When you see people complaining about 50 mbps and you’re stuck with 4 mbps…
It took me just a single day to download it on my DSL connection. WIRELESS!

HAha…I feel ya on that one!! I’m running between 1 and 4 these days!! Canadian internet sucks!

Took about 8 and a half ours to download and install mine
Could be the server your downloading from… Lots of people downloading = lots of packets being sent.
Probably xbox live. On a 100 Mbps internet connection and using wireless mine was done in a few hours.
I’m on about 110mbps and mine downloaded in maybe an hour? Although the actual game itself says 46gb… which I thought was the placeholder size?
I didn’t think I would get the placeholder because I originally pre ordered the physical copy but decided last night to get the digital so I could pre download.
Did this happen to anyone else? Or is this correct?

Same situation here. That 46GB file isn’t a placeholder.

Ok so the 46gb of the game is the correct file size? Just making sure it goes off without a hitch on midnight!

Yep. Xbox is currently having issues on their side.
You think that’s slow? i have a wired 10 Mbps connection, the game took yesterday’s afternoon and all of today to download.
Sorry all, not bragging about my speed. Last few days game just sits and 1%…trying again tonight, and its moving along…7% as of this post. LOL.

To be honest, if you’re preloaded by the 26th, does it matter?
Could not say what your issue is, mine took a couple hours to finish after starting 3 days ago.
