I’ve been thinking about spicing thing up and trying out some new loadouts while playing WZ. I have every weapon unlocked and am just curious what combinations y’all progress through the 8 req levels with.
For me:
Level 1: Magnum + Longshot AR
Level 2: Gunfighter Magnum + Longshot AR kinetic bolt
Level 3: Tactical magnum + Longshot AR kinetic bolt + Grenadier
Level 4: Sentinel BR Kinetic bolt + Longshot AR kinetic bolt + Speed boost
Level 5: Sentinel DMR + Recon SMG kinetic bolt + Strength boost
Level 6: Sentinel DMR + Recon SMG kinetic bolt + Strength boost (wheelman if vehicle spawn)
Level 7: Sentinel DMR kinetic bolt + Recon SMG kinetic bolt + Strength boost (wheelman if vehicle spawn)
Level 8: Sentinel DMR Knights blade + Recon SMG Bayonet + Strength boost (wheelman if vehicle spawn)
I definitely draw myself towards that blades and increased melee in the later levels but I might finally change that here. How about everyone else, what loadouts do you personally prefer in WZ?
H2BR is mandatory as soon as it becomes available. Knight Blade is pointless because you might as well board a vehicle if you’re within melee range. The energy blade versions make more sense. Wheelman is also a no-brainer for vehicles (something you already listed). I think the rest comes down to your personal play style.

It depends on FF vs standard WZ.
Since I almost exclusively play Mythic FF, my loadouts are:
Level 1: Default
Level 2: Swap the Magnum for BR + Kinetic Bolt AR
Level 3: Swap the BR for Longshot BR
Level 4: Swap Longshot BR to Kinetic BR (Second weapon slot is likely a req, otherwise I may toss an SMG)
Level 5 and up: H2BR +DMR (whatever one I can get)
My rotation of boosts goes Grenadier, Speed Boost, Enhanced Reflexes, Wheelman (For Vehicle).
Honestly, my WZ progression is pretty similar.
This of course will change some depending on my map, strategy at the time.
Level 1-2: magnum + AR
Level 3-4: extended mag magnum + suppressed magnum, grenade expert
Level 5: Halo 2 BR + suppressed magnum, advanced thrusters
Level 6 and up: pretty much level 5 with different armor mods depending on if I’m driving a vehicle, going stealthy, etc. I will change out the magnum for a dmr and upgrade to suppressed or bayonet when I think about it.
Level 1: default loadouts
Level 2: BR instead of magnum or AR depending on bases capped
Level 3: Classic BR switches with normal BR as better bullet magnetism
Level 4:SMG instead of AR/Magnum (depending on which one I had) if defending armouries or close quarters engagements
Level 5:Classic BR with long barrel instead of normal classic BR
Level 6: DMR and sentinel BR if sniping. If not then classic BR with long barrel.
Level 7:Same
Level 8:DMR with knight blade/longshot sight.
At this time, I do pretty much exclusively play Mythic Warzone Firefight which means that I haven’t really designed an optimal loadout weapon strategy for standard Warzone. However, here are my Mythic Warzone Firefight Loadout.
Level 1: Assault Rifle, Magnum
Level 2: Battle Rifle, Magnum
Level 3: Battle Rifle, Sentinel BR, Patrol Case
Level 4: Battle Rifle (w. Extended Mag), Sentinel BR (w. Kinetic Bolts), Patrol Case
Level 5-6: Sentinel BR (w. Long Barrel), Sentinel DMR, Patrol Case
Level 7-9: Sentinel BR (w. Long Barrel), Sentinel DMR (w. Kinetic Bolts), Patrol Case
Something which may be noted is that ammo capacity and range is a clear theme with my loadout. The main reasoning for this is that distance is always the best cover and a large ammo capacity do also give the bonus of having greater freedom when using strategies due to reduced reliance on ammo capacity.
