Precursors to be in Halo 5?

I mean, it seems like they could be? I don’t really have much proof but, wouldn’t that be cool? Maybe on Installation 03 Chief (or who ever is the main character) finds Precursors? Idk…

the only mention they have had is through the books which was supposed to feed into halo 4’s story people are really going all freaky over halo 5 when halo 4 just came out and some how i still think the didact survived because it just wouldn’t make sense for him to be dead when the “saga” (suggesting more then 3 games)has only just started and killing off the main antagonist in the first game would be totally weird. maybe the master builder survived as well we did get a glimpse of him in the terminals. but precursors are just a little bit hard to prove at the moment as there is no real evidence to support the idea

I’m probably one of the few, but I would love to see the flood make a return in the next Halo. To me there a fun enemy to fight with a fairly interesting story behind them. Personally the Prometheans were a bit boring.

  1. I refuse to believe the Didact is dead. He is going to come back.
  2. The Flood will return in Halo5 as a legitimate threat instead of an infestation.
  3. I doubt the precursors are going to be in this trilogy. Having the UNSC, storm, covenant, flood, Forerunners, and prometheans has really gotten the series cluttered.
  4. I believe we are going to form an alliance with the Didact (the original or Bornstellar) in 5 or 6 to defeat the Flood. They are really the ultimate threat and can easily rival all other civilizations combined.
