Precision Weapon Killtimes?

Will the BR, DMR, Carbine, and Light Rifle have on par kill times? I would like the kill times to be somewhere are around 1.39 or 1.41.

Well all i know so far, is that the BR and DMR both are 5sk.

The DMR and Carbine were both about 1.4s, and the BR was about 1.8s. Of course, 343 pulled a Bungie and decided to nerf the Carbine and DMR rather than make the BR a 4sk, so the current state of the killtimes is unknown to us.
