Precision vs Automatic

Precision.

I use precision weapons more.

Precision but the storm rifle looks like it tears shields up so I’ll throw that in somewhere.

I’m a precision man.

My attempts of going Rambo on the other team usually don’t end so well…FOR THEM >:D

Nah, but seriously…I suck with automatics

Precision. More challenging.

Both. Hence why I use controlled bursts when I use automatics

But seriously, it really depends on the weapon itself. I love the DMR and AR and Carbine, so if those three are available I’ll use them above all others.

Precision. Because I like my bullets to go where I point them.

Explosive.

precision, because to me they’re more lethal

med to CQB I like automatic weapons.
Everything else, precision weapons.

I’ve always liked the automatic weapons but they get shafted every game.

So, even if I like them I generally end up using precision weapons. Or losing often.

Precision, but I hope autos are more viable than they were in previous games. If they are I might use firepower and put an AR with BR on smaller maps, hell if they are viable I might just use an AR as my primary on small maps.

> Precision. More challenging.

Blows me away that people actually think this.

Try doing half of what you do with a precision weapon with an automatic. TRY.

I like Precision weapons and Automatic weapons, but I rely more on Precision weapons when things get difficult.

That’s two different types of challenging.

-smaller reticle
-less aim assist
-independant shots

That’s why I like precision weapons. It’s a challenge I feel I have control over. The only challenge with automatics is trying to get into the effective range of the weapon. Once you do that just paint the target as you charge for the melee.

Yeah, running isn’t challenging! Try doing that with a pair of broken knees.

Neither is standing from a distance…

Right. That makes more sense to me and something you can say without me thinking you’re insane.

My main issue with automatics is a lack of reliability. They act like adding any sort of predictability or skill to the weapon will ruin the game. It’s offensive and I’d like to see the automatics get more love.

No, but keeping your rifle on target while not dying yourself is.
