Halo fans are slacking. The Xbox is ours.
Going to preorder my second copy Friday, you all should too.
So.
…So? Who cares is Black Ops catches up? It’s not going to be the end of the world.
What exactly isn’t looking good? Halo 4 is outselling COD on the 360. Besides that, most preorders won’t be placed until the final few weeks, and those won’t account for even half of the first day sales.
I don’t give a damn to be perfectly honest.
> So.
It’s starting to show that not as many people care about Halo anymore.

Uhm, why?

Over 550,000 people and growing says that to you?
how does the #1 spot on xbox = ‘not looking so good’?
I just do not understand how people go and buy the same game every year? Don’t they ever catch on?
Right, because sales figures really impact your enjoyment of the game
Oh, wait. No they won’t.

It won’t be next week if us fans don’t start putting some money down. Also, preorders are a good sales projection.

And? I don’t give a damn about how other people thing, so long as the game is good and I enjoy it.
Black Ops 2 will outsell Halo 4 on the Xbox. This is a FACT, because every CoD game has outsold every Xbox Exclusive in the recent years. Black Ops demolished Reach sales wise on Xbox alone back in 2010. The weekly increase for BO2 is around 60k while Halo 4 is doing about 20k. By next week BO2 will be number on Xbox alone.

It’s not that. It’s that this game is slowly slipping out of importance. Halo used to be on top and now it’s getting pushed around by other franchises. Doesn’t hurt to have some pride in your favorite game series.

I don’t care about those people don’t let the door hit them on the way out.
Halo is still better, doesn’t change anything.

That was the general attitude on the Reach forums before it came out. Look how well that game turned out. -.-

This has been evident ever since the release of Reach.
The general public is becoming lazier, and so has their mindset. FPS gamers now want ultra-fast killtimes with realistic, modern day weaponry, and Halo delivers neither.
Anyway, why should it matter? I personally couldn’t care less that CoD is more popular. I’ll be happy as long as Halo 4 maintains a decent population.
