Has anybody caught any of this stuff?

I’m intrigued by this new story information. I wonder why the UNSC links these colony world attacks with John-117. They must link the two. If they didn’t, they wouldn’t send Spartan Locke after him while trying to solve the mystery. Funny enough: This plot is starting to kind of remind me of Mass Effect 2, just based on the small information we’ve gotten so far.
