I’m looking to pre order CEA, but the pre order bonuses on each site varies, according to Game there is the mini art book bonus but on other sites they have the skull and avatar outfit, are these just listing issues?
You should just preorder in a store. Just ask them what bonuses they have and they most likely will have them all.

You’re from the UK, right? You get the skull and the armour if you pre-order the game at amazon.co.uk or shopto.net. I don’t know if Game has them, because they offer the preview of the artbook. Otherwise some German stores are saying, that the first day version(Copies of the game in first shippment) has the codes in the dvd case. Maybe that’s the case in whole Europe?
