Game Retailers like Eb Games or GameStop make you put $20 extra down including your $5 dollar deposit. Just so there is less of a chance of you unpreordering. I’m gonna go down soon to Eb games and preorder the Limited, already had preordered the regular but that was last year

I think it is so that 343i can get a good idea of the minimum number of sales they will get, and it will help with investors and also give them a good idea of what the community as a whole thinks of the game.
Me, I am just too lazy to go out and pre-order the game. Yeah, that is pretty lazy, but I am buying this game for sure.
