Microsoft Support redirected me here after I sent in a support request regarding my Halo 5 pre-order.
The payment appears on my credit card, in my Microsoft Purchase history, I have received a confirmation email from Microsoft about the purchase, and even received a message on XBox regarding the free download of Halo: Spartan Assault.
Yet, in the XBox Story, both games, Halo 5: Guardians and Halo: Spartan Assault, only give me the option to purchase again, not to download.
I’m really not sure I’m at the right place, but Microsoft Support assured me Halo Waypoint were the people that could help me.
