I PRE-ORDERED HALO 4 FROM GAME BUT I DID NOT GET THE ARTIC RIFLE SKIN PLEASE HELP ME
That is GAME’s problem. I suggest you email or call their customer support and ask for the code for the skin.
You have a couple of options
- Send them an email asking why you never recieved your pre order bonus
- Go into your local game and ask if they have any spare specialisation code cards
The manager of my local game told me if they had any spare code’s they would give me one if I came back a few days later, which they kindly did.
I went to my local game, because I didn’t get my preorder bonuses, two of the staff flat out told me there are no prorder bonuses. I had to buy them on ebay.
I got my LE pre-order via Gamestation but the actual game (and receipt) came from GAME since both brands were merged on 29th oct, the skins codes were sent to me via email (and from gamestation) but i would assume GAME did the same thing so give your email a check, otherwise it’s worth ringing up and seeing whats happened.

Just don’t e-mail them until that caps lock key is fixed.
They emailed the codes before release to the email address you preordered with.
