I pre-ordered hw2 at 5/12/2016,but haven’t received the code for HW:DE yet…
Pre-orderd mine on 12/4/16 and it said anyone who pre-orderd before dec 14th would have got the code yesterday the only thing i forgot to do was install what came with the place holder is that why i have not received my cody yet?

No, I preordered prior to the 14th and have had mine installed the whole time, still no code for me either.
