I preordered Halo 5 Guardians Limited Edition from GameStop… Just today I was told that if I preordered the game from GameStop I get the sentinel br but I don’t have it. I’m sure there is something I don’t know but I just want the people who have got the weapon from preordering to tell me how they got it.

Nah theirs was the hunter armor, a br, and some emblems iirc
Don’t worry, any exclusive content from buying from a certain place, like gamestop is available in the req packs to everyone. the only true item not unlockable by random in a req pack is the achilles armor. So you will get the sentinel BR eventually if you don’t have the code.

The code you would enter would have to be entered on your xbox. Go to store and half way down there should be a option that says redeem code. And it might be on your receipt or they may have emailed it too you if they had your email address

That’s a shame. Damn. Wish the girl who game me the game told me about the receipt had a code on it. I have the receipt and it has faded almost completely. I don’t have an account with them so they couldn’t have emailed me.

They are supposed to notify you and generally highlight or circle the code

If you preordered online, it would be an email instead. And some games have their preorder bonuses printed on an insert card inside the game case. These would be the exceptions.
