I finished the ~56GB preload last night. This morning my Fotus armor code was saying it was stuck on 91% downloaded and not advancing. I power cycled the xbox one, and the fotus codes were showing 100% downloaded after that.
Then I noticed that the entire game file is just now reading 9.5MB (which was the total for fotus). I went to the game store and the option to download is gone, it just says “play it on 10/27/15”
So I’m assuming the game is still fully downloaded but just showing some graphical glitch? Anyone else having this problem right now also? I’m pretty sure its ready to go for tonight, but some reassurance would be great! (It took me 48 hours to download so I’de be pissed if I had to wait for it again).
Also, my storage was at 10.2% used 700.7GB Free last night when Halo showed as a 55GB file. Those two amounts have remained the same eventhough the Halo file is now showing 9.5MB.
Is anyone else’s download showing the incorrect amount even though they know its downloaded?

Who would I call to handle this? Microsoft support?
