I pre ordered Halo 5 and when I got my codes from Gamestop to get the Hunter Class armor, I was SUPER excited. After I put it in, it didn’t transfer. Why?
This is an old issue just give it a few games it’ll pop up or contact 343 the have a special complaint spot for that.

After you redeemed the code, did you restart Halo 5? This should force the game to check your redeemed codes and award you your armour set for pre-ordering.
