Yesterday I was just looking through my amor when I noticed that the Recon attachment that you get for pre-ordering wasn’t there!
Why did it disappear? Is there anyway I can get back?
Also, I’ve changed my gamertag twice in the last month. I don’t know if that would help or not.
Changing your gamertag shouldnt be a problem. Is it the name you have changed or is it a new gamertag…?
The license for your recon helmet is on the console and not the gamertag, however what I would do if I were you is go to the download history of the gamertag you downloaded it with. Once you have gone through your list and found the recon helmet redownload it. This should mean it will now show up on any extra gamer profiles you have on your 360, that is as long as the original gamertag is never deleted. If you have deleted the gamertag you downloaded it with then I am sorry but you may have lost it. I hope this helps.

Im a little bit puzzled too. Don’t worry I have mine, but if yours didn’t appear my guess is its under a different gamertag. However what Sid said is true. Its couldn’t have been the change. Ask Little Moa. He could probably help ya out.
Yes I am speaking from part experience on this as mine was downloaded to my main profile and when I changed xbox 360’s for a larger hdd I found that it no longer showed up for use in my 2nd profiles armory.
I re downloaded it from my download history section of my main profile and it showed up again for use on the 2nd profile.
I am sorry to hear you deleted your profile you could try looking into your download history of another gamertag but I would pretty much safely say I think you have lost it.
I hear they appear on ebay from time to time but be prepared to have to spend a reasonable amount of money to purchase one.

My friend had the same problem. I believe it’s saved on your xbox, not profile, so if you’re using a different xbox, it could be gone.
You could always try downloading it again, that’s what I did.
