Anybody else still having problems with there REQ pack not showing up. I have req pack installed and it’s not popping up to open or anything. Didn’t know where to post this.
Pre-order? I think you may be a bit late with your complaints. To answer your question, I have not had any trouble.
I bought a pre order code off somebody for my own use and it says it’s installed but the req pack never pops up in my game for opening.
Try playing a few games. Maybe itll pop up soon
The pack still hasn’t shown up. I restarted my game, cleared my xbox’s cache, reinstalled both. Nothing seems to be working.

May be something in the support section on these forums, if not then maybe contact Microsoft would do. You said you bought the code off someone correct? What if they used it?
@ everyone in general: Is it possible they could’ve used it but for whatever reason it still lets you install it but not actually receive whatever the code gives you?
edit: it’s also possible the code has expired being how it’s a little more than a year old as well. Also have you checked your req items to make sure you don’t have it? Sometimes it can slip by without you noticing it.
I don’t see how the code could have expired if it let me renew it. And yeah I checked all through my spartan hub. And they couldn’t have used it. It was mint no code scratched.

Best guess is maybe wait a day and see if it loads up tomorrow. If not I’d get in contact with Microsoft and see if they can look into it.
Id say the code has either expired even if it let you renew it, its bugged, or it just needs time to activate. If it hasn’t been scratched I guess that rules out it being used already. I can’t remember how it went for me since it’s been a year but I don’t think I had issues if I can recall. You’re not the only one having the same problem cuz I just checked the support forums. Most recommended getting a hold of Microsoft about it.
Hard reset the Xbox… That usually fixes any issue I have. but then again this is a pre-order thing so it could be bugged, expired, or maybe even no longer available since its a pre-order thing over a year old now.

What wrong with it? If I bought something from someone and it doesn’t work that’s what I’d think
I think it took a good min for mine to pop up. But it might be time sensitive. I still have codes in my email that says I can install it. But when I do nothing shows up. If anyone else has noticed most things for halo have been time sensitive.
If was a game stop code. I think you had to play a game before Nov 7 or something even
Are you talking about the 14 “premium packs?” Because each account is only allowed one redemption. They will come out 2 at a time for 7 weeks.
