We were told that all the emblems/armor/weapon skins that were pre-order bonuses could be available for download sometime after Halo 4 was out. As a fan of Halo and a completionist I am waiting calmly for 343i to release a date for this DLC. I also wanted to bring further attention to this for all the other completionists in the forums.
PS I am sure I spelled completionist wrong.

I just want to know when they launch the Arctic BR skin.
It was the only Pre-order skin i wanted.
I’m in the same boat. I’m holding out for this! I gave away my FOTUS to my brother, it would be nice to eventually get it back, in a sense. 
possible, if they already added avatar things to the marketplace means that next step is add the ingame contents to buy I just hope they make some pack for everything, becouse paying 320 for every armor would be too expensive XD

FOTUS and Recruit Prime skin are exclusive. They won’t be on the Marketplace, only pre-order bonuses.
I think it will be all Pre-Order Bonuses in a package, not sure how much it will cost you though.
I know Fotus, and Prime, and the Prime, Impulse, Weapon Skins will never be released though those were exclusive.
I think they only added the Avatars that were not Pre-Order or reserved bonuses, not sure on that though, there are so many Avatar armors and such on there right now lol.

CORRECT. Only the pre-order items ere told to be in this DLC. Fotus and the Recruit skins not be included because they are exclusive to the collectors editions of the game.
Ahah, you really believe they won’t release them? They already released the Fotus and Prime avatar armor with the exclusive props on the marketplace, why shouldn’t they release also the ingame one? They know everyone will buy them, I don’t think they would lose this opportunity of money just becouse who has the limited get pissed…
I think they made us pissed with many other things already…

I’m sure people would buy it and they’d welcome the extra money, but as someone has already said, they can’t release the Limited Edition Game & Console in-game items as they were ‘Exclusive’ to those things.
I have 100% of the DLC armor thanks to eBay so I don’t mind if it never gets released.
People who made certain pre-order decisions (which retailer as well as whether to pre-order at all) and lucky winners through promotions (King of the Hill app and V Energy Drink) might not want them to be released either.

Basically: some people will be happy, others will not.
If they make the pre-order and exclusives available for market-place purchase they basically say "why bother to pre-order and pay full wack, wait a few months, let the game get its bug fixes, buy it half price and get all the pre-order stuff for a few hundred msp"
Why should anyone pre-order or get LE’s in future if this is the way the’re going to play it.
I hope they don’t, I don’t want anymore people using my deadeye helmet.

If there was only 1 pre-order bonus, this argument would have more meaning to it. But Halo 4 had over five or six pre-order bonuses. And most of them were divided between different retailers. So to get all the other pre-order items people would have to buy 5 or 6 copies of the game or overpaying on ebay.
Other games, that had a different pre-order bonus for different retailer, had those bonuses out as DLC within three months.
And again, this DLC is meant to have only the Pre-order bonuses. Not the LE bonuses.
