Pre-order code not working?

I pre-ordered a digital copy of Infinite and it comes with the pre-order bonus code
by mail yet when I redeem the 20 digit code on Halowaypoint it says: “The code is expired, this offer is not
available”. Does this happen to anyone else? What do I do now?

I just redeemed the code it works thankfully. Unfortunately I only got the Zeta sky coating and the Chosen nameplate. The Chosen emblem is somehow missing.

Can someone please tell me how to access campaign? I ordered the digital copy on amazon, redeemed the code via waypoint and cannot get it to work on the xbox?

Any help would be great

That’s weird? Maybe try contacting the retailer where you bought your copy from. Maybe they can give you a new code?

At my retailer I got two different codes: a 20 digit code for the pre-order bonus which you must redeem on waypoint and the 25 digit code for the campaign which you can redeem in the xbox store on your console.
Did you receive two different codes or just one for the campaign. Because if it’s the 25 digit code you have to redeem that in the xbox store on your console and not on waypoint.
