Hey I got the recon helmet code and decided to downloaded and redeem it on my Xbox one but the recon helmet won’t pop up in the Xbox 360 also I got the us multi threat but I can’t access it Can someone help

To clarify, did you already redeem the code or do you still need to do that? And are you playing on your Xbox One or 360? You mentioned both, so I’m not sure. Knowing those two things will allow people to help you out.

I redeemed the code on Xbox one and I play on Xbox one

Gotcha. You should be able to download it by highlighting the game tile and pressing the Menu button. Scroll down to “Manage Game and Add-Ons.” From there, you should be able to download whatever items you have purchased.

I didn’t even know it was still possible to use xbox 360 codes.

Aahh thanks but is this the same thing on xbox 360
