Hey guys, I just thought i’d make a quick update on the Pre-Order Chart, as you know Halo 4 is still in the lead, but not by much, of course COD will eventually be number 1 on the chart, I just love seeing Halo 4 being the top dog again and it being number one, its a shame it wont be number one for much longer.
we still have a better game and community (belive it or not) than COD will ever have

The best part is, Halo 4 is beating COD on both Xbox and PS3 (Idon’t mean combined)

even when BO2 just revealed their Multiplayer with an hour of gameplay footage, and Halo 4 is still ahead!
Sucks we’ll still lose (but barely from the looks of it), but I’m betting Halo 5 will be a completely different story.

Nah, I think he means in general. So I wouldn’t care about the preorders anyway.
Who cares if COD has more preorders, we all know we are playing the better game so the joke is on them 
Why is this happening? Why is Call of Duty still beating ever other game? I’ll never understand the mentality of a CoD fanboy.
It’d be cool if Halo 4 took over in pre-orders, on Xbox 360, like ten weeks before launch and stayed like that. 
Halo is better than call of duty all day, everyday. callofduty is always the same god dang game, weapons, the way you play. it’s sooo boring!! Activision should actually drop their ratings from M to E, since so many little kids owns a copy now…
CoD BO2 is currently getting the media attention. I saw Black Ops commercial at the theater just two weeks ago. Halo’s hasn’t even begun. Just wait until Forward Unto Dawn hits the web. That will bump the number up a bit. I’m hoping for another Starry Night-esque commercial. That’d make me immensely happy.
I’m sort of happy that Halo isn’t going to be the top. It just means that CoD has a bigger number of little kids who play it because they think it makes them cool. If Halo were to take the top it would probably mean more hackers and little kids…

I just wish 343 and Microsoft would up their advertising. I see Black Ops II just about everywhere that deals with gaming on the internet. 90% of my youtube ads for the past month have been Black Ops II.

CoD has a larger audience. That isn’t Halo’s fault, CoD is just more of a pick up and play game. Extremely fast kill times and massive reward systems, draws in more of an audience.
While Halo 4 will fall behind, we will still know which is the truly better game. Halo 4 does feature some now standard progression systems and personal customization, but we know it still focuses on balance and skill… unlike other shooters. 343i just needs to get out some much needed ranking info, and hopefully it pulls in players instead of driving them away.
In the end, Halo 4 still wins.

We’ve still got Forward Unto Dawn in October.
The game goes gold in a couple of weeks, so they’ll have more room to release finalized stuff like trailers and gameplay.
Lets see I preordered Halo 4 Limited Edition, Halo 4 Xbox 360 Console, and Call Of Duty Black Ops 2. Sadly I am still waiting on the Nintendo stuff 
But ya I contributed in both sides of those numbers.
Not that this in any way affects my enjoyment of Halo 4, but… nothing is going to topple the CoD hype train once it starts to gather speed. Everybody and their grandmother is playing that bloody game. A fair chunk of the Halo community play it too (though I doubt a lot of them would admit it on here)
To be clear: There’s nothing wrong with playing CoD. I’m not bashing anyone for their choice of video game. it’s the game itself I have a problem with.
No offense, but that’s kind of pessimistic. Halo will be at the top, and, if it’s not, we still have the better game here.
