Sounds like all Pre-order bonuses are unlockable. I was torn on where to order from. This make things much easier.

Well that is great! Now I can just pre-order it from Amazon.

This is good news. I wasn’t really that concerned about it anyways. Skins didn’t really sway where I ordered Halo 4.

Depends on what you are talking about. Many items will be available in the req packs. While others will require you to complete certain challenges. Like all the single player missions on legendary for example.
