pre-order bonus

So, I pre-ordered the standard edition of Halo: Reach back in 2010. I got the pre-order bonus (the recon helmet) and applied it to my account. I was very happy when Microsoft announced that Reach was going to be backwards compatible, because my Xbox 360 had bricked itself a few months before that announcement. But when I load up Reach on the Xbox One, my pre-order bonus helmet is not there. It is the same account that I used on my 360, so I have absolutely no idea why I don’t have access to the pre-order bonus that comes with the standard edition of Halo: Reach. Is there any way to fix this other than trying to get another code for the helmet?

Highlight the game tile for Reach —> press the Menu button —> select “Manage Games and Add-Ons” —> go to “Ready to Install.” It should be there.

The only way to get the extra armors in Halo Reach on the Xbox One is to have unlocked them on the Xbox 360 first, then you follow the steps tuhin94 mentioned above. But, it will only work with armors that you have unlocked/obtained on the 360. For more information on the armors/bonuses, I have a thread stuck to the top of the forum with all the information you could need on how to obtain an item and more.
