a physical copy of Infinite or is it also available when you pre-order it from the xbox store because it does not mention anything about a pre-order

You could pre order a digital copy from those retailers. I’m planning on doing that through Best Buy, and the zeta sky add on is bundled in as a free item.
When they do retailer exclusive bonuses like this, a lot of the time they email you the code. What I’ve done in the past is preorder and then cancel once I received my code.
