i pre-ordered from gamestop halo4 and i shoul have received the battle rifle arctic skin and hazop forest skin and the two emblems BONEBREAKER and MJOLNIR but i didnt received it, the guy of gamestop told me to wait that may be it was a halo 4 server problem but it has passed two months from then so i dont understand why didnt i still receive them!! 
somebody help me
