Anyone else having problems with the Xbox Live Pre order bonus req? I installed it( <10mb) but it won’t show up in game. Hell i can’t even find what the weapon and skin in the pack are. Any help would be much appreciated.
I was able to redeem and open mine yesterday evening but it seems like people are having problems with it now.
My advice would be to see if you can access them here on Waypoint. Try going to Games > Halo 5 > Requisitions > Unopened Packs (https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-ca/games/halo-5-guardians/xbox-one/requisitions/unopened-packs) and see if you can see them there.
my pre-order is still in que on my xbox and has been that way for a while, it says that i need to wait for the game to launch

Just tried your suggestion but it won’t work, says 0 unopened packs. Guess i’ll just wait.
I think most people are having problems with the Preorder Skin redemption at the moment. Will hopefully be fixed soon.

Darn. Sorry, man! But you’re not alone, seems to be a widespread issue so hopefully it’ll be fixed soon.

I had the same problem at first, but I closed the game and reopened it and then the packs were there.

Have you all entered the code that was on your receipt? It doesn’t just know you pre-ordered it. I put in my code, downloaded it, restarted the game, and it worked flawlessly.
I downloaded the digital version and it says that I have the pre-order bonus downloaded but it says I have 0 req packs to open still. Its been a few days. When will they fix this?
