Pre Order Bonus not there??

I purchased the Deluxe edition before Launch through Xbox Store, and these Req packs haven’t come and the preorder bonus isn’t their either… I’ve made sure That they were downloaded and still nothing.

This has happened to me also. We are all waiting for a response from 343.

I’m having the same problem. I got the req packs but not the pre order bonus armor and weapon skin

I had this same problem to… What I did is reloaded my game a few times, then just waited, and played some warzone or something for a while, and it finally showed up.
