Two months from now Halo 4 will be out for a year now.
So I was thinking All Pre-order Armor and skin’s should become DLC so everyone can have them.
Will It have the Pre-Order Armor Because if it does I’ll buy it?

But all pre-order skins and helmets will be in it.

Corbulo wasn’t a Pre-Order bonus, it was included with special 12 Month Subscriptions to Xbox Live. As such I doubt it’ll be made available through DLC.
I really fail to see why they haven’t bought the pre-orders out yet.

Sure seems like it. 5 armors, 5 emblems, 2 helmets, and a weapon skin (ACT). That is all pre-order bonus’, plus the lightrifle.
Getting the armor/skins/emblems for buying the GOTY edition is cool. People still pay for the privilege of sporting them.
Giving away for free is not cool, otherwise those of us who bothered to preorder will be stuck with just a slice of all the stuff others are paying for.
As for the DLC maps, yeah I think those should be free for all, even though I paid for them. I want as many people to have them so I can play them more than once a week. Free maps are just better for Halo.
its not free considering most people that want it are only getting it for the helmets and skins and preorder bonuses and they prob already own halo 4 and getting a second copy is like paying 60 bucks for all that stuff because we already have the game so imo its not really free
I got the deadeye helmet in an energy drink promotion, I think its one of the best in the game.
Technically, NONE of the pre-order armour/weapon skins that come with the GotY edition is actually DLC. Everything mentioned that comes withe the GotY edition is already locked away on the disc. The “DLC” codes simply unlock the content on your XBL account’s GPD file, giving you permission to use them in game.
So basically, if you plan to buy the GotY edition just for the armour/weapon skins, you are just paying for something you already have but can’t use.
Pre-order armor sohuld be only for people who pre-ordered the game.

Seriously, why does it matter if other people are running around in the same outfit as you?

Because Pre-order armor is special. When everyone gets Locus, Deadeye, PULS, FRST, WEB, ect it won’t be special anymore. Thats why I use Pre-order armor. It’s not overused.

But isn’t the whole point that you have something other’s don’t? Isn’t that what you said? Therefore aren’t aesthetics pretty meaningless?
Anyway, why not find the Waypoint code and get some DISTORT? I guarantee you won’t see many people running around in it. Probably less than in PULSE.

DISTORT is ok I got that a while ago but never really used it yet. I’ll just go back to Vangaurd or somthing. Maybe even get Basic Gungnir…
